I remember enjoying working on the brief and to strategy. Now its all, TV banao, bidesh jao, paisa kamao. And act, talk and feel like a Gora.

So much for aewards. But what they DO is guve you a huge salary jump. and thats not debatable.

I can sense people (we) venting out personalized opinions, but nothing is going constructive.
Probably, why don't someone suggest some of the best practices advertising industries has to adopt, because it always easy to point out at something/someone and start blaming it, lets get to the tough part of talking about solution.
