Ok, people this is diptanshu's copy partner out here. I just voted for the copywriter...after being tormented by 'dips' day in and day out about this voting thing going on. Well right now, he is busy garnering votes for the art guys, praying, cajoling, falling on his knees and asking other art guys in our office to vote.
Well like most voting thingies on TV, this is kind of heading in the wrong direction. Diptanshu is always on desi creative (most of the day), so you know as to who works the hardest.

arjun, thats democracy for you! isnt that what happnes when theres an election? in any case, I dont agree with either of you. its the AEs. Pooor guys work like donkeys! And its ot that someone can enjoy that kind of work either...

Arjun, wat do U expect poor Dip to do. He is fighting against the years of bias and suppression. And Dip, U keep the good work up, dude. All the fellow art directors will come forward to help U in d good work. If U need ppl for booth capturing, or or money to gift cows, or installing a tubewell in their locality our even funding a foreign education for the poorly paid art director's kids, we are there with U, dude!!

Arjun, you shouldnt say bad things about your poor art director. if he's on this forum all through the day it sugggests his enthusiasm towards the industry. i bet in the same time you must be downloading music. and dips does some great work, AND we have seen his photography AND he's also in Kolkata Ad Club, AND i am sure so much more. He can pack so much into a day!!!

Agreed with E-Media. We need enthusiatic people like Dips who is also representing the Kolkatta ad community. He is also a good ambassador for bates coz otherwise we would not have seen some of the great work you guys are doing and got insight into Kolkatta scene.

i agree with dalb and e-pedia boy. i have seen so many people reading gossip sites, emailing, sharing jokes, downloading stuff but not really looking into ad stuff.

If Dips can do his job and share the work with us at the time, what's wrong. WORK SMART, NOT HARD dude.
