I will name not one; but five of great DD serials (late 1980s).
1. Karamchand -- a detective serial; starring Pankaj Kapoor
2. Mr. Yogi -- a comedy serial; starring Mohan Gokhale (May his soul rest in peace) and Om Puri
3. Byomkesh Bakshi -- a detective serial; starring Rajit Kapoor
4. Tehkikaat -- a detective serial; starring Vijay Anand and Saurabh Shukla
5. Indradhanush -- a science fiction serial in which some children successfully makes a computer and it helps them to time travel.
