I really think that in large networks when a creative wins an award without any direct involvement from his CD then the CD should not profit from the award or get blamed if it is copied.

Look everyone is doing PG (patli galli). so if u win amongst all the patli galli what's wrong? And why should it be the domain of Ogilvy only?
We need other agencies to come forward as that will only make this whole game more interesting.

pictures of homeless people, street kids and old people in Black and White are sure shot winners! I must make a note of shooting my next campaign for a top airlines brand with street kids flying in black and white (probably i will add chinese kites to it)

u have to make the pictures look dirty and like some of those national geographic shots.
