A very honest reaction.
I don't like these.
Love the execution.
But the idea, I feel, is not very fresh.
It's a lot like those innumerable ads which put " " in the headline and have a subhead which says "We're speechless for blah blah reason".

Just cause it's british council, it says learn english. Can go for any other language too, so where's the focus on english? And why the numbers in bar code, when everything else is blank?
