You mention a myth as 'Branding is Expensive' and then a myth 'Branding is a one time cost'.

Obviously its not a one time cost and if its recurring, it can't be cheap, right?
PS: I am NOT, I repeat, I am NOT, the real Shahrukh Khan. :)

Branding is a continuous process.
Truth Hurts. But bad advertising hurts even more.

We had quite enough experiences with SMEs. And to sum up them, the following are they:

a) Major portion of SMEs are family oriented business with affiliate marketing.
b) Most of their budget allocation for marketing is approximately less than 4% of their revenue
c) They don't have a culture or environment or processes or policies to stand as a brand with clarity and alignment.

You are so right. We have had the same experience. But what can one do? Its not always that one can work with large companies. How do you deal with this?

We have to design processes in such a way that it can embed certain quality of the output. And we have to stick to that process. That is one major way we start bringing difference...
