nice idea but the headline is too deductive. u could use something like choose or die or something like this?

my worry is, i know the black colour in background creates a good impact for the reader as well the visual...

but the brand like colgate in the currrent background seems to be not more appealing...

It disconnects the audience..lastly u should re-work on the copy bit..

there is no mention in the ad of tartar killing people. so why are we debating that? what is not working for me is the art.. definitely that is not looking like dental floss. maybe u can show the dental floss coming out of the floss box or something like that? like below? what do u think:

Lily... It doesnt say it in so many words, but the noose signifies death!
And hence its misleading to even visually depict that tartar leads to death.

Art is secondary, the idea has to be convincing first?

pixelfiesta is right. tartar doesnt lead to death. but this is a very old thread anyway.
