Team Management : Handling a team of

1. 2D and 3D designers to excel in the field of BTL Design Creations.

2. Visualizers, Conceptualisers and Art Directors

· BTL specific Design Creation

1. To visualize and implement unique, out of the box ideas, to lead & manage the creative team for all the projects from conception to completion. EG: Set up Designs

· Visualisation

1. Responsible for defining the visualization approach for our presentation projects using latest methodologies in the area of 2D and 3D

· Inter departmental co-ordination

2. Effectively coordinating with the client servicing team to understand the client’s requirement and translate them into innovative BTL specific designs.

3. If need be participate in client meetings to understand client requirements and advise them with Creative Ideas

4. Effectively coordinate with Operations Team to understand the feasibility of implantation of Creative Ideas
