Asvini foundations launching a apartment on the ECR. When most of the residential projects in Chennai where on ECR we wanted to create a different campaign so we would stand out from the crowd.

Being in an agency that basically has all real estate clients most of our logos have been for real estate projects in and around Tamil Nadu. They are mostly done to represent the meaning of the name rather than some abstract concept.

the client has approved the creative but its not printed yet waiting for the launch date to be fixed
and breaking from the monotony that we do, but i'll have to take some time and fish out my virgin creatives to prove the point

that we did to represent the new year offer which was a new housing project launched at Rs. 2012 per sq.ft.

this was just the first presentation the client anyhow didn't select any of these he went with a more direct option done by my colleague
